my love for St. Germain and pretty bottles of perfume...

yesterday in Bevmo I sold two bottles of St. Germain just from my description... I don't work at Bevmo, but I would if I had the time. St. Germain is one of the loveliest liqueurs I've ever enjoyed. It's elderflower and full of floral and vanilla. It's sultry, not overly sweet, perfect with good champagne, mixed in martinis or just on it's own. The bottle is exquisite. I am never without this in my pantry. It lasts a long time and is meant to be enjoyed with great company, hence the reason I had it in my chilled flask last night for our limo ride. Pouring a drink from this bottle just feels rich. Seeing the pale liquer glide over chunks of ice is even richer...

my obsession with scents and bottles can get me into trouble in many different locations. Nordstrom being one of my favorites, Bevmo being a close second. Although I love Jo Malone, I am not a loyal perfume wearing girl. I don't have "my scent". I have a different scent for every mood and every occasion. I keep 5+ rollerballs and purse atomizers on me at all times... just depending on how I'm feeling when I need to reapply. I'll go into my love of rollerballs later... but for now, I have to share one of the loveliest bottles of perfume I've purchased recently. The scent is creamy and beautiful. It's lasting and will wear itself perfectly along your scarves and mittens. It's one of those beautiful smells that you totally forget about and then get a hint of it on yourself later in the day and smile. It's womanly and full of class. The bottle says it all...

put one on your list for Santa.
