the smell of rockridge...

my favorite spot in Oakland is Rockridge... a kitschy and walkable hood, filled with amazing boutiques, markets and more food. I was so pleased to stumble upon a great little store called Atomic Garden. They carried one of my favorite scent lines there. CB I hate perfume... nothing but the purest ingredients, clean, fresh and totally handmade. If you're up for spending for a very personal scent- check it out. I dabbed Eternal Return on my pulse points while I was there, just to make sure I would always come back.

  1. Ooh, I love your finds. I really do hate perfume but I like to smell good so I can't wait to check out that link (they have exceeded their badwidth, hmph!). And the thing about food in the Bay Area...totally agree and I'm not even a foodie. I know my husband would kill for a nice meat market, though.

  2. I am finally able to jump on the site. Now, there are so many choices...all good ones...how do you ever decide which scent is for you? Do you think I should just buy a bunch of the $12 bottles until I find "the one" or do you have a suggestion?

  3. buy samples on luckyscent always before you purchase a bottle and read the reviews- they are usually right on the money.
