Breakfast for Energy

mix equal parts of Uncle Sam's (great for fiber and omegas), shredded wheat (the real kind), and grape nuts. Sprinkle approx 10 crushed raw almonds on top (crush them in a ziploc bag with something heavy)... and use soy milk or rice milk instead of milk. Beginning my day with this mixture has given me energy and lasting satisfaction. Perfect for wrangling toddlers.
